The Islasweater is knitted from top to bottom. First, the back is worked in rows with increases. Then stitches are picked up along the shoulders to knit the front in rows. After that, the pieces are joined in the round and the body of the sweater is knitted. Then stitches are picked up along the armholes to knit the sleeves. Finally, stitches are picked up to work the neckband in twisted rib.
Size guide:
The Islasweater should be knitted with a positive range of motion of 10-25 cm in relation to your chest measurement. The smaller sizes have up to 25 cm of positive range of motion, and with the larger sizes this becomes less and less. Choose your size according to the following chest measurements: 80-85 XS | 85-90 S | 90-95 M | 95-100 L | 100-110 XL | 110-120 2XL | 120-130 3XL | 130-140 4XL | 140-150 5XL cm. If your chest measurement is 109 cm, you should choose size XL.
